Who
we are
Dr. Leslie Wester - Reiki master, Reiki teacher, Brainspotting practitioner, yoga teacher, meditation and self-care guide, overall unicorn.
Leslie was first introduced to Reiki in the early 2000s but it wasn’t until 2018 that Leslie received her first and second attunements with Usui Reiki and began practicing on friends, family, and animals.
Leslie has been practicing yoga since the early 2000s as well, finding time on her mat. In 2024 she was called to be officially trained as a yoga teacher and began teaching classes and workshops across Chicago and the near northwest suburbs. Leslie enjoys combining Reiki into her yoga classes and workshops whenever she can.
